General conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY 

In the event of cancellation, the following will be charged as a penalty:

• 14 days before the arrival date, 0% of the amount of the reservation.
• Less than 14 days before, 100%. 

Some properties require 10% non-refundable downpayment to confirm the booking, so in the event of cancellation, the following will be charged:

• 10% if cancel with more than 30 days 
• Less than 30 days before, 100%. 

Cancellation policies may vary by property and season, the free cancellation period is always mentioned at the time of booking. 

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

In the event that for unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without reimbursement by either party.
